Adding videos to iTunes makes it possible for you to sync them to an iOS device such as your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. You can get new videos into iTunes in two ways: the first is to purchase them directly from iTunes, and the second is to copy your own homemade videos into iTunes. 1Open iTunes and click "File" from the top menu.
2Select "Add File to Library" if you want to add individual video files to your iTunes library. Alternatively, select "Add Folder to Library" to add an entire folder of videos to your iTunes library.

6Locate the video you wish to add and click "Buy." Once purchased, the video is automatically downloaded into your iTunes library.
- If you have an iOS device connected to your computer, its videos are accessible via Windows Explorer, or you can use the AutoPlay's Import Pictures and Videos option to download them to your computer. This allows you to add videos from your iOS device to iTunes.
- Only copy videos that you have the legal right to use, such as videos purchased from the iTunes store or those you created yourself.
